FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • 1. Which package should we choose?
    The 2 Hrs package is the top choice. It can fit for shooting at ROM Centre and Fort Canning Area. For couples who prefer to include more locations, we recommend 3 hours and above.
  • 2. Do you have any locations recommendation for ROM?
    Couples may refer to our recommended location list.
  • 3. Do you have any package with other vendors such as make-up artist and bridal studio?
    Coming soon. We will update in our website.
  • 4. Can I bring my people along during the shoot?
    Yes, you can bring them as long the venue allows it. For intimate shoot, we recommend smaller crowd as it might affect the shoot.
  • 5. What are the things that I need to bring for the shoot?
    For outdoor, we recommend bringing insect repellent, hand sanitizer, water, portable fan, tissues and slippers/sandals. If it is drizzling, can bring along a transparent umbrella for shooting under the rain.
  • 6. Can I bring props along for the shoot?
    We recommend it however it is not compulsory. Couples may decide if they would like to include the props in the pictures, such as balloons and flower bouquets.
  • 7. What if we exceed the number of hours in our package?
    You may refer to our rate card for the additional hour charges.
  • 8. If there is a particular style that we like, can we request for the same too?
    We will try our best, additionally couple may send us the picture for reference.
  • 9. Can we request for some sneak peeks after the shoot?
    It’s hard for us to provide couples with a few photos first as we need to go through many rounds of checking before the final edit.
  • 10. How long can I receive the photo?
    Standard processing time is 3 to 4 weeks. If couples need the photos urgently, can opt for express edit at additional $250 per package.
  • 1. I am keen for your packages; may I check what are the details that we need to provide? Such as the date, time and locations.
    Do let us know your preferred data, time and locations so we could give the best advice. Couples may also reference to our suggested location’s list. Morning 7am-10am and 4-7pm are the best timings for PWS shoot due to the lighting.
  • 2. Which package should I choose, how do I determine the hours?
    This depends on how many locations that you would like to have. We will also recommend based on our experience. By having sufficient time at each location, we are then able to capture the best moments without rushing for time. 2 hrs: 1 to 2 locations 3 hrs: 2 to 3 locations 4 hrs: 2 to 4 locations 6 hrs: 3 to 5 locations
  • 3. Things that you should let us know before the shoot.
    It is important that you pre-notify us if a videographer or a makeup artist is tagging along amidst the shoot. As these might affect our shoot timings, it will also mean that there could be lesser time for photos. But if you don’t mind, feel free to include them in.
  • 4. What is your photography style ( Posey / Candid )?
    My style Posey 60% & 40% Candid, also depends on clients.
  • 5. We are not good in posing, will you guide us on the day itself?
    Yes, we will guide on the day itself. For a start, couples may also browse our instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc. This will give couples better preparation and the whole shooting will be more efficient.
  • 6. Is travelling time included in the package?
    Yes, travelling time between locations are included. We have catered time into the package duration to travel around your preferred locations and also for changing of outfit/makeup.
  • 7. What is the transport arrangement?
    We will meet couples at the first location. It is recommended to have a car as the couples will have many things to bring around. If not, Grab/Gojek will be another option and we will be tagging along.
  • 8. Who should apply for the venue’s permit?
    Couples are required to apply for the permits as there will be many personal details that the facilities might require. Do let us know once the permit has been approved.
  • 9. How long in advance should we confirmed on the locations?
    We recommend our couples to confirm the locations at least 1 month before the shooting date as some might need a permit. Couples also can have time to do the necessary preparation such as outfit selection and props purchases.
  • 10. What if it rains on the shooting day?
    We recommend couples to have 2 plans, 1 for indoor and 1 for outdoor. If the weather is bad, we can go for the indoor plan or couples also may choose another alternative date but subject to availability. For couples who only informed when we are on the way, they might not able to postpone the date.
  • 11. Is splitting of hours allowed?
    You can only split the package if you book for “Premium Package- 6 Hrs”.
  • 12. Can I bring my people along during the shoot?
    Yes, you can bring them so long the venue allows it however for intimate moments, we recommend having smaller crowd so it doesn’t affect the mood.
  • 13. What are the things that I need to bring for the shoot?
    For outdoor, we recommend bringing insect repellent, hand sanitizer, water, portable fan, tissues and maybe slippers/sandals. If it is drizzling, you may bring along a transparent umbrella for shooting under the rain.
  • 14. Can I bring props along for the shoot?
    We recommend it however it is not compulsory. Couples may decide if they would like to include the props in the pictures; such as balloons, confetti, sparklers, flower bouquets and some other deco items.
  • 15. What should we wear for the shoot?
    We recommend couples to wear something comfortable as it might be tiring for some especially under the hot weather. A mix of both casual and formal outfits would be a plus.
  • 16. How many outfits should we have?
    One outfit per location as too many changes of outfits would mean lesser shooting time.
  • 17. What if we exceed the number of hours in our package?
    You may refer to our rate card for the additional hour charges.
  • 18. If there is a particular style that we like, can we request for the same too?
    We will try our best, additionally couples may send us the pictures for reference.
  • 19. Can we request for some sneak peeks after the shoot?

  • 20. How long can I receive the photo?

  • 1. We are not sure on which package we should opt for, what’s your recommendation?
    We recommend couples to plan their schedule and from there decide on the number of hours with us. We also providing complimentary wedding itinerary for couples who signed with us.
  • 2. Can you schedule a video call with us for discussion?
    Yes, couples may book an appointment with us for the video call. Couples to provide email address for the Google Meet invitation link.
  • 3. Can we have shooting with the brother and sister’s team at other location?
    Yes, as long there is a plan and ample time, it is possible.
  • 4. What is the transport arrangement?
    We will meet couples at the first location. For the traveling between bride’s house to groom’s house, we will tag along in the couple’s transportation.

    It is not compulsory but if there is, we sincerely thank you.
  • 7. Understand you only have package with minimum of 6 hours, if ours is shorter time frame, can we still proceed to booking?
    Yes, we will quote the couples based the total number of hours required.
  • 8. Is it possible to shorten the hours after we booked?
    Shorten of hours is not possible.
  • 9. What if we exceed the number of hours in our package?
    You may refer to our rate card for the additional hour charges.
  • 10. Is splitting of hours allowed?
    You can only split the shoot if your booking is above 6 hrs.

  • 14. How many photos can I received for the same day wedding montage?
    For same day edit, it required at least 4-5 hrs and it only covers the morning session photo. The number of photos would range from 100-150 images, depending on the morning activities.
  • 15. How long can I receive the photo?
    Standard processing time is 4 to 6 weeks. If couples need the photos urgently (within a week), can opt for express edit at additional $250 per package.
  • 1. May I check if we can get a discount, please?
    Our competitive prices are nett and all the charges are as shown in the rate card. There are no other hidden charges involved. For couples who book for our bundle package (pre-wedding & actual day), there is a special $108 off, while it lasts.
  • 2. Do you have any bundle package for ROM & Actual Day?
    We do not have this package for now, couples may keep a look up on our IG and website for latest updates.
  • 3. If I refer my family or friends, is there any discount?
    We really appreciate it when our clients referred our services to their people however due to policy, our price is net. No worries, we will always provide the best service and capture the best moment.
  • 4. How to book for your service?
    We would need a deposit once couples have confirmed their booking.
  • 5. What is your payment method?
    We accept payment via all sorts of online payment methods such as bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah & Google Pay.
  • 6. Can you send me invoice after the deposit payment?
    We only provide invoice for Actual Day however if couples need for ROM and PWS, kindly inform us.
  • 7. Will you send us a contract after the deposit payment?
    No, we don’t have contract and if needed, we can prepare an invoice.
  • 8. What should we do after the deposit payment?
    We can continue communicate either via IG or Whatsapp. For ROM &. PWS, as it is simpler so either way is fine. For Actual Day, it is recommended to create a Whatsapp groups as there are more details that need to be discussed such as the run down for the big day itself.
  • 1. Can we cancel the package after we booked?
    Yes, however the deposit is non-refundable, this is because we have secured our slot for your big day.
  • 2. What can we do if we need to cancel the package but don’t want to waste the deposit?
    Couples may either postpone their shooting date or change to another package such as couple shoot.
  • 3. Can I transfer my package to others if my event cancelled?
    Yes, you can transfer to others such as family and friends but subject to our availability. If we are not available, the deposit is not refundable, but you can opt for changing to another package instead.
  • 4. Can I postpone the shooting date?
    Yes, couples can postpone however subject to our availability.
  • 5. Can I postpone my shooting to next year?
    Yes, couples can postpone however there might be a different rate for the new year and couples would need to top up for the difference.
  • 6. Are there any charges for cancellation or postponement?
    No, there is no extra charges for both.
